Sikar has no shortage of computer classes. What separates Netcom is that our qualifications are awarded by NIELIT, RKCL and Tally Education — national and state bodies, not us. That is the difference between a certificate an employer recognises and one they have never heard of.
NIELIT is an autonomous scientific society under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. RKCL runs Rajasthan’s state IT certification. Every programme below names the body that issues your certificate.
Our longest-running programme, and the one our placement record rests on. Alongside it: state IT certification, professional accounting, and the higher NIELIT diploma.
Certificate awarded by NIELIT, Government of India
The foundation course. Four modules plus a project, covering IT tools and network basics, web design and publishing, Python, and the Internet of Things. Open to anyone who has passed 10+2 or holds an ITI certificate.
Advanced diploma awarded by NIELIT
The next step up from O Level, equivalent to an advanced diploma in computer applications. The academic progression runs O Level to A Level to B Level.
Certificate awarded by RKCL, Government of Rajasthan
The Rajasthan State Certificate in Information Technology. Required or credited for a long list of state government recruitment — patwari, police, clerical and more — which is why most of our RS-CIT students arrive with a specific exam in mind.

Professional accounting on the software the accounting jobs in Sikar actually run on. Essential covers the fundamentals; Comprehensive adds GST, payroll and the advanced features employers ask about at interview.

An employer or a recruitment board can verify a NIELIT or RKCL certificate against a public register. That matters more in a government-job town like Sikar than anywhere else.
Alongside the course
Preparation for bank, SSC, police and railway recruitment runs alongside the academic programmes, because that is what a large share of our students are actually aiming at.
We are inside Bhati Mansion on Bajaj Road, near Subhash Chowk. Air-conditioned classrooms, computer labs, a library, a seminar hall and workshop space — you are welcome to walk through all of it before you decide.
