IT Division

We run a software company, not just a syllabus.

Netcom’s IT division operates as Netparam Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a working development company delivering software for government and private clients. It sits in the same building as the classrooms, and that proximity is the point.

What the division builds

Client work across web and mobile, delivered end to end.

Websites and web applications

Corporate and institutional sites, and custom systems with user roles, workflows and reporting behind them.

Android and iOS applications

Native and hybrid mobile apps, usually paired with a web admin panel so the client manages content themselves.

Cloud-based applications

Systems built to run and scale on cloud infrastructure rather than a single server under a desk.

Big data and analysis

Data processing and reporting work for clients who have more information than they can currently use.

Why this matters if you are a student

Most computer institutes teach from a syllabus written by someone who has not shipped software in years. Here, the people writing client code are in the same building as the people teaching, and project work is set against the kind of problems the division actually handles.

It also means a route: students who do well on their project have somewhere to point, and occasionally somewhere to start.

If you are a client

The division takes on work for government and private organisations. Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before development begins, and you review working software on a staging link at each stage rather than reading status reports.
