Placements

Twenty-four years of batches, and what that actually buys you.

Our placement record rests mainly on two programmes — O Level and professional accounting — because those are the two that Sikar’s employers hire for in volume.

Where our students go

Three broad directions, and it is worth being clear about which one you are aiming at before you choose a course.

  • Government recruitment. A large share of our students are preparing for state and central exams where a recognised IT certificate is required or scored. RS-CIT and O Level both serve this.
  • Accounting and office roles. Tally-qualified students go into account departments across Sikar and the wider Shekhawati region. This is the steadiest local demand we see.
  • IT roles. Web development, UI design and support roles, including through our own IT division.

The placement support programme

  • Interview preparation and mock interviews before you start applying
  • Help assembling a portfolio from your O Level project rather than a bare certificate
  • Competitive exam coaching for bank, SSC, police and railway recruitment, run alongside the course
  • Introductions to local employers hiring at entry level

Said plainly

No institute can guarantee a job, and you should be wary of any that puts a percentage on a banner. What we can tell you is that students who finish the project properly, and who can talk through what they built, do markedly better in interviews than students who finish with a certificate and nothing to show.

Ask us about specific placements when you visit. We would rather tell you about particular students than quote a number.
